HSE PHILOSOPHY
- Minimize the environmental Aspects & Impacts
- All accidents are preventable
- Zero harm across the work places and offices
- Preserve natural resources for future generations
- No task is so important that risks of injury to people or damage to the environment is justified
The objectives of the HSE policy shall be achieved by
- Achieving an incident free workplaces and offices through proactive capturing and correcting of UA (Unsafe act) / UC (Unsafe condition) / UB (Unsafe behavior), near misses and first aid cases along with subsequent reduction of severity rate, fatality & frequency rates
- Compliance to applicable legal and other requirements
- Encouraging the preparation of HIRA (Hierarchy in risk assessment) & EIA (Environmental impact assessment) across the sites and offices to have better proactive HSE hazard control measures and minimize the environmental aspect and impact
- Inculcating a positive HSE culture among employees through continuous training and awareness programs
- Encouraging communication, consultation and co-ordination among employees, stake holders and clients
- Achieving continual improvement by integrating HSE procedures in every process and through periodic internal/external auditing
- Accessing and employing the sub-contractors complying with HSE standards
- Engages, develops and motivates employees to promote sustainability initiatives that results in innovative ideas operational efficiencies, cost savings and a reduced environmental footprint
- Preserving water through reduce, reuse & recycle principles.
